Return Policy
Customized Items: All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of the item I am unable to resell, however, if there is an issue with the cup that is my mistake, I will fix the error at no cost to you. You must report an issue to me within 48 hours of receipt. Please email me at issues@saltyheiferstudio.com.
Prints: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item. You can contact us at issues@saltyheiferstudio.com If there is anything wrong with your order we’ll send you a return shipping label, and/or replacement items based on our assessment.
Any non-customized items: Returns must be in NEW condition. You must contact me within 48 hours and return to me within 7 days. Contact me at issues@saltyheiferstudio.com.
Refunds: For inspected and/or acceptable returns, you will be refunded to your original payment method ONLY. Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive your item back.
